FAQ

Q:  How can I commission artwork?

A:  If you're interested in commissioning artwork, licensing existing artwork, or have any questions please email ericwsahlsten@gmail.com with a detailed synopsis of your project or idea, and I will get back to you as quickly as possible.

Q:  How will my order be packaged and shipped?

A:  All orders will be shipped in a rigid box or stay-flat mailer that's been carefully packaged and reinforced for added protection. I will provide a tracking number via e-mail when your item(s) ships.

All purchases are final. However, if your order somehow sustains damage in transit (please provide pictures if possible), I will remedy the situation to the best of my ability.

***Import duties disclaimer: buyers are responsible for paying additional shipping costs such as value-added taxes and customs clearance fees. Import charges vary widely depending on the destination country, but they are typically based on price, type of item, and the package's weight and dimensions.

I am unable to predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied, and it is not my responsibility to calculate or collect these fees.

***Due to COVID-19, please allow at least 1-3 weeks for shipping, as all orders will be personally processed and packaged, and there may be delivery delays depending on your location.

Q:  What materials do you use?

A:  Staedtler Mechanical Pencils, Staedtler Mars Plastic Erasers, Sakura Pigma Micron Fineliners, Rotring Isograph Technical Pens, Copic Multiliners, Strathmore 300-500 Series Smooth Bristol & Bristol Vellum, Adobe Illustrator CC & Adobe Photoshop CC.
